Similar to the PLC, the seven phases also recognize the importance of an enabling environment for successful learning. The framework comprises seven steps through which specialized learning progresses. ![]() This structure borrows its concepts from the PLC structure. The seven stages of professional learning teams are also a constant learning technique that emphasizes collaboration to improve learning. PLC shares common characteristics and traits with the 7-step outline. Therefore, the PLC establishes a learning environment guided by a set of values and dynamic dialogues (The Professional Learning Community, n.d.). The PLC presumes that the apprentices, teachers, and principals are learners and engage them in constant active learning. Thus, the PLC involves collaboration, shared leadership, and unceasing learning (Harris & Jones, 2017). The partnership enables them to contribute constructively to active research to improve the schoolchildren’s experiences and enhance their results. The state of all output devices must be maintained for one scan period.The PLC is a continuous learning procedure that involves collaborations between educators. If the state of the internal output relay is “1”, the output relay contact is closed and the external load is driven through the output terminal. In the output refresh phase, the PLC sends the output variables in the output image area to the output latch, and then the latch generates the control output of this cycle through the output module. The operation result of the program execution stage is stored in the output image area, and not sent to the output port. For the output image register, the state of each component (“soft relay”) will change as the program executes. In this stage, the PLC reads the input signals on all input terminals in a scan mode, and stores each input state in the corresponding input image register.
